The Workcraft of Multi-mould Baking Tray
As we know, the multi-mould baking tray is consist of tray frame and inner cups. When we talking about customized multi-mould baking tray, we usually customized the inner cup sizes and then set the cups into the tray frame.
But how does the inner cup connected with the tray frame? We have three workcrafts: Buckle, integral stamping, welding.
Buckle: set the cups into the tray frame by buckles through machine pressure. We can see traces of buckes on the tray. Although it is conencted by buckle crafts, it is durable enough and will not take off.

Integral stamping: a whole piece of sheet stamped by machine and form inner cups. There is very smooth surface on the connection between the the inner cup and tray frame. It is suitable for those multi-mould trays which have shallow inner cups.

Welding: we hardly use welding method to connect single inner cup to tray frame, as welding can be finished by handmade and there are too much work for multi-mould baking tray. But we usually use this method on customized strap loag pans. The single inner loaf pan box is welded to a strenthening frame bar for durability and longger service life.
